Dear Patients,

Red Heat Health Alert

Extreme temperatures expected until Friday.

Please drink plenty of water, keep your home cool, avoid direct sun and strenuous activity between 11:00am and 3.00pm.

Check on elderly or vulnerable, family, friends and neighbours. Especially those with young children and those will long term health conditions.

Never leave children, vulnerable adults or pets in parked cars.

SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE IF

* You feel unwell in the heat – dizzy, confused or short of breath.

With temperatures soaring, now is the time to know how to spot signs of heatstroke.
