Please note: The GP surgery cannot download or set up the app for you.

Important Information

The NHS App is managed and supported by NHS England, not by the GP surgery.

Our practice has limited access to the NHS App and cannot assist with:

  • Downloading or installing the app.
  • Technical issues, error messages, or login problems.
  • Password resets or account recovery.
  • Problems with identity verification.
  • App updates or compatibility with your device.

For help with these issues, please use the support information available within the NHS App or on the NHS website.
