A Dr.E.Mahachi is more then happy to ask a suicidal patient to leave his office as he doesn’t care if you want to go and carry this out. UPDATE Over a week later no contact from the surgery even though an official complaint has been made!! UPDATE Over 3 months later even after numerous emails to the surgery still no contact has been made! They have no clue on how to help people with mental health issues!

I found very hard to get an appointment with GP waiting months and very rude staff on the call and when finally I get an appointment with the Gp the Gp doesn't solves my health issue or what help I am asking for. I found neglect by this gp no recommend it!!

I moved to wales. Took them a year and me threatening to sue them for them to mail my paper medical records to my current practive. If they didn't lie about that. Had a few health problems over my time there. None were taken seriously. Current practice are appauled at what was overlooked

I would like to thank Dr Ali(?) personally for discovering the root of my 85 year old father's medical problem over the Christmas period. For taking the time and patience to provide the best care and medication. He's feeling so much better and as a family, we are so grateful. Thank you again.

Yesterday a Receptionist of De Parys Group Centre was so rude towards me during the phone call, she denied me an appointment for my child which I find absolutely horrendous of her, also she wants arrange with impossible appointment as too far away or as I have to be around doctor time and no school time. How can possibly this incompetent receptionist is training for arranging an appointment for patients assuming and judging on phone call based on my background or what is my rights?!? Also interrupt me when while I was explained because she refuse to arrange an appointment nearby at reasonable time??As far as I know she must immediately quit from her job as she doesn't provide good service. First of all Gp must have duty of Care about his patients no assuming or sit to the desk do absolutely nothing!! Neither training judgemental reception to say No! We are humans being seeking health care support we are not playing games. I am contemplating change the GP

one week ago rang chemist to arrange repeat prescriptions for myself and wife as always, rang 5days later to confirm all ok for collection was told my wifes was ready but mine not....the reason was it had not been autherised by DE PARYS so now have no medication having run out of certain items. It makes it worse becouse inow have to wait for a call to inform me when i can collect my order i am not holding my breath. the chemist bt the way has been brilliant
