Simplifying Our Telephone Systems

From the 10th April 2024 we have simplified our telephone options and messages on our phone system.

This will make it more straight forward for you to reach the team that you need, with all options having the option to use the ‘callback’ feature, and we have introduced a text back feature where an eConsult may be a alternative for you.

Our appointment and queries team are available from 8am to 6:30pm, and our specialist teams are available between 10am and 2pm.
