Telephone Access

On behalf of The De Parys Group we would like to offer an apology to our patients for the problems with telephone access. Staff absence and new recruits still in training, coupled with an increase in calls regarding flu vaccinations, have left our patients struggling with the system.

Please be reassured that we are not complacent regarding this issue. We have made some modifications to the telephone system and replaced our initial lengthy COVID message with information about how to book flu vaccinations on line. We will continue to monitor this and hope to see further improvements.
